The application must state:

• full personal details of the applicant and those of any accompanying family members;
• passport details or details of other recognized equivalent travel document;
• place where university studies will be undertaken and place of intended residence;
• purpose of stay and its length.

The application must be accompanied by:

• a copy of the passport or other recognized equivalent travel document;
• documentation regarding purposes of travel;
• availability of accommodation;
• the availability of sufficient means of support for the duration of travel and stay;
• declaration of the validity in Italy of your secondary school qualifications, issued by the competent Italian diplomatic or consular authorities in your country.
