Banks have more or less the same opening hours throughout Italy. All bank branches have an automatic cash point outside.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. -1.30 p.m. and 2.45 p.m. – 4.15 p.m.

Many post offices (including the one in Piazza Cordusio) are open 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday  - Friday.

Post offices in Piazza Duca d’Aosta Square (Central Station) and in the Bonola shopping centre are also open on Saturday until 7 p.m.

All Post offices accept telegrams, which can also be dictated by calling 186.
